The Space.

Filled with natural light, the villa offers a bright, welcoming space with a seamless blend of comfort and convenience. Downstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, a powder room with laundry, and a relaxed living area that opens to a small, fenced patio — perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. An air conditioning/heat pump keeps the space comfortable year-round.

Upstairs, the spacious bedroom is light and peaceful, with its own air conditioning/heat pump (a rare feature in the complex), a smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom with a large walk-in shower and underfloor heating.

The layout is ideal for couples, with flexibility for families. In addition to the queen bed, there’s a pull-out sofa downstairs and a small ottoman bed upstairs suitable for children. (Note - downstairs pullout is best suited for small adults or teens and the upstairs ottoman is best suited for a small child.). A portacot and safety gate are also available.

Set in the heart of Matakana, the villa is an easy drive to some of the region’s best beaches and parks, including Omaha Beach, Tāwharanui Regional Park, and Goat Island Marine Reserve.
